Dear Member:

          We are pleased to inform you that we have received your Employer’s final proposal.  Your Employer has granted us permission for you to vote at your store, where you will be given the opportunity to vote on your contract.  The contract vote is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at the following times:

Lucky 6227 (Imperial Valley)                                         Meeting times:  8:00 AM, 2:00PM or 7:00 PM                        (In the break room)

Lucky 6228 (San Ysidro)                                                       All Day Voting 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM                                         (In the break room)

 Please encourage your co-workers to come to the store to vote on their contract.  If you have any questions, please call your Union Representative.
